Since I arrived, I was met by Sufian who told me: I will take care of you. He made my stay in the hotel a pleasant experience. He mas sure that I got a good room with great view. He address every questions or concern quickly. Even, When I call from my room to the front desk: he said my name and he told me: Don't worry, I will take care of it. Keep in mind, my trip to Jerusalem was in the middle of the war with Iran. The hotel staff made sure that we were safe during the difficult times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really liked the hotel.

Large rooms. Terrific view, with balcony. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. First class service. Able to put three rooms together on a busy weekend. Management asked us what we wanted. Reception well done.

I had the most amazing experience when I went with my family for shabbat! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. I want to put a special thank you to Ibrahim for being attentive to our needs and making sure we were all taken care of!

This hotel was a good value but a little further from the main attracts such as the Jaffa Gate of the old city, Jaffa Street with all the shops and night life, and the Yahuda Market.

Customer service manager Yael welcomed us to the hotel. She went out of her way to make our short Trip amazing. Highly recommend this hotel clean, great pool and warm staff.

The facilities is a walking distance to the old city. We could walk to the Garden Tomb. The food was very nice and there was a lot of variety. The manger Mohammed, was very helpful. We even got to be allowed late check out as our flight was going to be in the evening.
